You&Co
You&Co are co-livings for digital nomads. What makes these projects unique is small rooms and spacious public areas, which house flexible offices, rooms equipped for lectures, performances and workshops, blogging rooms and podcast recording studios, areas for doing sports and organizing a coffee break, a swimming pool, a spa and other spaces.
Becar World, the international division of the company, also operates co-livings in the condo format. The first project that the chain has in its portfolio is You&Co Dubai with an area of 17,000 sq. m. The facility consists of three 9-storey buildings with 252 units for 526 guests. This co-living is a 20-minute drive away from the international airport and from the Expo site. A new metro station is expected to open near the complex in the future.
The co-investor and prime contractor of the project is Sol Properties, a company with 40 years of experience in India and 20 years of experience in Dubai. The design project was made by Agile Architects Studio, while the French studio Cutwork provided architectural and planning solutions.
Another You&Co co-living will open in 2023 in St. Petersburg. This facility with an area of 16,000 sq. m will be the second object in the Digital Village cluster. It will attract people of creative professions, bloggers, IT specialists and generally those who take appreciation in outstanding and creative projects.
