Becar Asset Management entered the office real estate market in 1998: it all started with buying a former factory building, renovating it and opening one of the first business centers in St. Petersburg.
In 2017, the company began to explore the flexible office market and opened a facility in St. Petersburg, then in Kazan and Moscow. This is how the nationwide chain of GrowUp co-workings emerged. In 2022, Becar World began to develop this field globally by opening the first GrowUp co-working with an area of 500 sq. m as part of the You&Co Dubai project.
In the future, the company plans to continue creating working conditions for digital nomads and modern professionals around the world.
