Becar World has been active in the international real estate market for about 10 years. In these years, the company has gained a lot of experience, analyzing data, looking for the best solutions and investing in various projects. The company intends to extrapolate its successful experience in the Russian hotel market to the international arena, shaping and popularizing the phenomenon of co-livings and microlivings in Russia and the world.

In 2020, We&I by Vertical, a lifestyle hotel with co-living elements hosting 658 rooms, was launched in St. Petersburg. In the summer of 2021, the four-star Vertical Boutique, BW Signature Collection with 82 rooms opened in the former administrative building of the Taganskaya prison in Moscow. At the end of 2021, You&Co, the first co-living in Dubai, opened its doors to the public.

Becar World is working on developing unique Digital Village projects for young people. The first and largest digital hotel cluster in Russia, Digital Village, is currently being built in St. Petersburg. All buildings in the project are equipped with modern technological solutions brought together on the Kaizen digital platform. The facilities are managed by its own management company. In the future, such projects will appear not only in Russia, but also around the world.
